Due to fraudulent activity the following restrictions are in place on Credit and Debit Cards:
Credit Cards cannot be used in Canada
Debit Cards: Due to fraud all Debit Card transactions originating outside the United States will be denied.
Due to fraud Debit Card transactions require a PIN.
Please remember that we have a card service program that may attempt to call you to verify transactions. They may leave a voice message. You will be asked to call 800-890-5097 or 800-437-9392. You will be asked for your phone number and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
If you have any questions or are unsure of any calls purporting to be from the Credit Union, please do not hesitate to call us.

Credit union owned ATM’s are located at the credit union office in Sterling at 822 W. Main St and in Fort Morgan at 329 E. Platte Ave.
Members can use these ATM’s without paying transaction fees or surcharges.
