Debit Card Gone Missing? Don't Panic!

You can place a temporary freeze on Debit Card transactions from Home Banking! If you cannot find your Debit Card or it becomes stolen, block transactions by placing a “Freeze” on your card in Home Banking.

This “Freeze “will temporarily prevent new purchases and ATM transactions until you can contact the credit union or call the after-hours lost/stolen number 1-800-791-2525.

  • Login to Home Banking
  • Display your checking account history
  • The “Freeze/Unfreeze Button” is toward the top of the page
  • Click the “Freeze/Unfreeze Button,” confirm and close

Click “Freeze/Unfreeze Cards,” confirm and close


It is still necessary to call the credit union if your Debit Card is lost or stolen.
